Background:

Cowell’s Surf Shop is a 30-year-old local business who previously had no online presence. They offer everything you need to enjoy the outdoors, from boards and clothing to rentals. Their physical store location has done well for years, however they we’re lacking with their online presence. After partnering with PRS they have now done over $300,000 in online sales!

Case Objective:

Analyzing the current status of Cowells Surf Shop, we designed a plan revolving around boosting their presence on online platforms to build out another revenue stream for the business. The objectives around which we created our strategy were:

  • Increase online presence
  • List products across all marketplaces
  • Increase sales on the brand’s Amazon store
  • Increase sales during the off- season
  • Build customer base globally
