Own brand-side channel strategy across 4-6 partner accounts. 5+ years Amazon, Walmart, or eBay experience. You'll work directly with founders, run weekly partner reviews, and own contribution-margin decisions across thousands of ASINs. Laguna Beach hybrid (3 days on-site).
Advertising Lead, Performance Media
Run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP across 8-10 partner accounts. Build campaign architecture against contribution margin, not blended ACoS. AMC custom audiences a plus. Laguna Beach hybrid.
Warehouse Operations Lead
Run the day-to-day at our 5,000 sq ft Laguna Beach facility. Pick/pack/ship, FBA prep, returns, B2B pallets, kitting. 4-hour shipping SLA is a non-negotiable. On-site role.
Senior Engineer, PRS Pulse
Build and maintain PRS Pulse — our partner-facing reporting platform. React, TypeScript, Postgres. Marketplace API integration experience a strong plus. Remote with quarterly Laguna Beach travel.
Brand Protection Specialist
Run takedowns, MAP enforcement, Brand Registry, Transparency. Legal background not required but appreciated. Laguna Beach hybrid.
