The PRS Method

Four steps.
One disciplined cycle.

Every PRS partnership — brand-side or distributor-side — runs through the same four-step methodology. The tactical depth changes by tier. The discipline doesn't.

01

Audit

We dig into your catalog, current performance, supply chain and goals. You receive a written audit of every leak in the funnel — yours to keep, even if we never work together.

7—10 DAYS
02

Onboard

Custom partnership agreement, brand-protection setup, account access, inventory transfer, and a 90-day plan with measurable milestones for each marketplace. We move fast — and document everything.

2—4 WEEKS
03

Operate

Listings refreshed. Content rebuilt. Ad campaigns deployed. Fulfillment switched on. Daily monitoring; weekly optimization cycles. You see live data from week one in your PRS Pulse dashboard.

ONGOING
04

Expand

Once a channel is profitable, we open the next one. Walmart, eBay, international Amazon, B2B — sequenced by ROI, not by vanity. Monthly business reviews keep us honest.

QUARTERLY
Why these four steps, in this order

A method, not a sales process.

Audit before onboard. The Audit step gives the brand a deliverable they can keep — a written assessment of what's leaking margin, where channel-fit problems exist, and what 90 days of focused work could change. We charge for the Audit in standalone consulting engagements; we include it free in partnership engagements. Either way, the deliverable is real. Brands have walked away from PRS after the Audit, taken the document, and executed it with their internal team. That's a fine outcome — we'd rather earn the next referral than push a fit that wasn't there.

Onboard before operate. Step 02 is the documentation phase — the agreements, the access, the inventory transfer, the 90-day plan. We move fast, but we move carefully. Most operational disasters in marketplace partnerships trace back to skipped onboarding work. We don't skip it.

Operate before expand. No new channel opens until the existing one is profitable. Marketplace expansion sequencing is one of the most common places brands lose money — they open Walmart and Mercado Libre while their Amazon ops are still bleeding ACoS, and end up running three unprofitable channels instead of one healthy one.

Expand on a schedule. Step 04 happens quarterly. We open new channels when the contribution-margin math supports it, not when the executive team gets excited about a new platform. Discipline at this stage compounds.
